Anyone who contacts Soldiersplanet Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page explains how to complain and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one manages its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Soldiersplanet Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We confirm that we received your email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into the matter. That may include contacting the provider. We then reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
